Parse Yahoo pipes feeds
« on: August 04, 2011, 09:54:39 AM »
I use a feed that is run through a Yahoo pipe for some server-side filtering. feedHopper can't read it.

Odd it is working for me.  I also tested it in reading mode, and the paper view was rendered along with the author photos.  Is it something else other than reading the feed that is broken?  (like clicking on the links)

I am running a slightly newer build (you should receive the update soon), but don't know of anything changed in it that may have helped parse this feed.

What version of iOS are you running?  I am running iOS 4.3.2

I imported the feed as OPML from the clipboard. The & in the URL was escaped as %26. feedHopper can't handle that and said "URL not a feed or format unknown". Once I adjusted the URL it parsed fine.

However I have a feeling this should have been & all along, so the bug is in whatever created the OPML. Another program I tried couldn't import it either.
