Easy Review Builder error

Hello, I began using your plugin  yesterday and noticed a conflict.  I get the below warnings in the incoming links section:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/easy-review-builder-for-wordpress/easy-review-builder.php:1) in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/redirection/ajax.php on line 23

Here are the redirection lines it's referring to:

I've never had aplugin issue before.  Is this a simple fix or will the plugins just not work together?  I appreciate your time.

I have not seen this one before.  Let me install 'redirection' and see if there is something that can be done

Some more detail:  I've used Redirection for years and haven't had any other conflicts.  After installing/reinstalling Easy Review Builder it takes about 1-2 hours for the error to appear on the dashboard.  The first time by site became real slow and froze.  The second time I tried it out the error appeared, but I didn't see any slow down.  After attempting to deactivate it, it kept reactivating itself until I just deleted it from the plugin directory.

Thank you.  I appreciate you sharing your notes.  Ill download the plugin and let it sit in a testbed for a while to make sure I can catch it.
