Can't activate "Gallery and Caption"

During activation I've got fatal error "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/kpp-asd/xn----itbbjdh2bdjau0d.xn--p1ai/docs/wp-content/plugins/gallery-and-caption/gallery-and-caption.php on line 35"

Well that's not good :(. By chance are you using php 4?

gac requires 5+ and you would see a similar error. I hope that's it!
