Can't you add a feature that would display a given group value on top of its chart/graph/bar?

In the examples there, valued are added above vertical charts, cannot this be done with regard to horizontal charts i.e. the value being show on the right, just after the chart bar?

Can't you add a feature to localize "Show/Hide Table Data” box? It would be nice if I could put it in my native language.
