Wordpress Plugins / Fill Easy Chart from PHP with SQL Data

Hey,
first to say, its a great Plgin.
Ive a question. I hope someone can help me and the topic has never been posted before. I didnt find it :-)
I want to fill the Easy Chart with some Data from SQL using a real big query.
Is there a way to parse the EasyChart shortcode from PHP in WP? I´ve tried to use the wp function do_shortcode(). But it wont work :-(
Any ideas?
