Wordpress Plugins / Using Javascript variables in shortcode?

Hello,
I'm creating a page which has a number of text input elements. I'd like to feed the values into a live chart (e.g. if someone types in a new value in one of the inputs, I'd like the chart to update).
Does your plugin allow passing a javascript or php variable in the groupvalues or valunames parameters?
