Disappearing act?

I've enjoyed feedHopper for many months on my iPad (formerly on 3.2.1), but now that I've upgraded to 4.3.1 (clean install), I can't find feedHopper in the App Store to re-install it! I hope I'm missing something obvious here!?! Please advise.

Hi,
Thanks for purchasing feedHopper.
The app is still alive and well, but an update went out at the moment the legal contracts were being renewed (we have to agree to new terms as much as you do with itunes). And of course the legal contracts service went down for maintenance. All I can say is the contract is stuck in "processing", and feedHopper app store presence is stuck in "pending contract". Terrible timing for an update
Ill keep an eye on it.
Here is the direct link once the store is back:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/feedhopper-rss-reader/id361881998?mt=8
If you get stuck I can provide you a beta to use in the interim.

Thanks for looking into this... the 'background' mechanics don't always go as planned, I'm sure! As of 4/19 21:00 PST, I was able to download feedHopper and get it running on my iPad again. Sweet!
